This machine was designed for Coir block exporting French company named Bio Grow (pvt) ltd, located in Sri lanka. they wanted to drill Coir blocks with exact diameter and exact drilling depth. This machine was designed by me using Solidworks. My responsibilities: * Designed the machine. * Supply the drawings to the fabrication team. * Supervise and instructed the fabrication team. * Supervise and instructed the electrical engineers and technicians. * test the machine before installation.

The company named Loadstar and they export solid tires for Europe. both the tire and the rim need to be painted and only the tire need to be removed after the painting job. while the tire is being removed the rim need to be fix at the station. So this devise was designed to hold the rim.
