I'm a software developer highly proficient in Javascript, PHP, and python. I make use of cutting edge technologies such as Nodejs, Expressjs, Angular and React to create robust Web and mobile applications.
He's a good developer, but far away from being professional or expert. He evaluates his work by how much time and effort he spent on it, not by how good and robust the work is. If you argue with him that his work might not be good enough or as you expect it, he switches to the untrust mode. He immediately thinks that you're criticizing his work to run away without paying him. Poor guy, he doesn't understand that it doesn't work this way on this website. He can be a good hire for small scale projects, where the risk is low and deadlines are not tight.
