I worked as a customer care presentative for 1 year.
Taking calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. My work included handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.
After 6 months later I was promoted to the Quality department in charge of listening calls and delivering feedback to the agents.
