I need a database that captures marketing event name, date, location, and time. I also need to capture the number of people who stopped by the table, the number of packets given out and the number of referral contacts obtained at the event. I also need to capture what staff manned the event. I also need a notes section on each event.
There should be canned reports for each of the data fields that can be filtered by a date range or can be a total aggregate number. The reports should be nice looking and should be easy to view when printed with a company logo and easy to read headers with charts as well as number data
I also need a drop down menu to select event type and need to be able to filter on event type and staff member and by date range for reports. The reports must be able to be printed and look nice
