  I'm assuming if I award this you will create the actual text of both menus for me, and provide those raw files in an adobe product of some sort?

  I like this. I like elements of #6 for the cover of each of the two kinds of menu, and elements of entry #7 for the inside of each menu - but I also have some other suggestions
