竞赛简介

I have updated and attached another file below to help you with creating your entries. Keep in mind when you are creating your entries that the "Employee Performance Scores" website is an exclusive members-only platform. We only accept individuals who are average, good, or exceptional employees.

Additionally, many freelancers are using the platform name "EP Scores" instead of "Employee Performance Scores." While using "EP Scores" is acceptable in some cases, I recommend using the full name "Employee Performance Scores" in most situations. 4/5/24

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I am looking for a creative wordsmith, content creator who can help develop a slogan, catch phrase or engaging tagline advertisement for a new business concept. The target audience are individuals who consider themselves to be Average, Good to Exceptional employees. The slogan/catch phrase is needed for my promotional material to promote new members. I want something that catches a persons attention and makes them want to know more about this new platform. The name of the platform is "Employee Performance Scores" (EP Scores) and is a platform for members only. Our members consist of business owners, managers and employees. This slogan/catch phrase is for the employees only advertisement.

- Content creation
- Brand messaging
- In-depth understanding of market trends
- Strong aptitude in promoting innovation

The slogan/catchphrase advertisement must be innovative and attention-grabbing. It needs to effectively encapsulate the unique selling point of the product while invoking intrigue and appeal.

I have attached a sample photo of a Uncle Sam poster used back in the day used by the US Army to promote the US Army recruiting. I have not had the time but I think a good slogan/catch phrase can be designed using the Uncle Sam poster. That does not mean I want every freelancer to use the Uncle Sam poster, it was just an idea I just threw out there. Feel free to use it but if you have better ideas then I would like to see yours.

“Just gotta say, Kirstie nailed it off the start. I had to help a lot of the other freelancers with ideas and suggestions to get them in heading in the right direction so they can create what I was looking for. Kirstie's first 2 entries were perfect and she didn't need my help designing my postcard. I definitely recommend Kirstie because she's got creative talent.”

I appreciate all the time everyone spent on their entries. There are a few good ones and it will be difficult to pick the winner. In the next day or two before the contest ends I am going to have my staff look at the top entries that I like and they will help pick the winner. I do have a lot of advertising material that needs to be created so this is just one of several to come. Thanks

I just added a picture of EP Scores logo to the details. Some entries may not have room for it but some may have room.

Hello Steven, I see the document for Ideas you have uploaded and clearly you have taken some elements and ideas from my entry. I would like you to request to please consider me as a runner up, announce 2 winners for this contest and split the contest money you consider adequate, as you cannot take my ideas and elements just like that and incorporate.

    Hello.
Thanks for a good contest and an opportunity for freelancers to show themselves.
Unfortunately, I don't have the ability to add an image to the slogan, but the main task was the slogan itself, not the "picture" to it.
Also thanks for the good evaluations of my slogans, even though they didn't make it to the finals:)
I think they are not longer than the slogans in the finals.
I would be grateful if you would review them:)

As you may see, I am liking the entries that include some kind of art work/picture. Phrases alone is just not standing out like it should when trying to promote a new concept. For example, the Uncle Sam picture I offered is good but why not use the Uncle Sam and make him look like an employer or the boss. If you are gonna use the Uncle Sam then put a slogan on his hat saying "What's Your EP Score", or put a button on his coat saying "What's Your EP Score".

Many freelancers are misunderstanding the purpose of the Employee Performance Scores platform. It is not a platform where employees join to receive a score directly from EP Scores. Instead, employer members are responsible for rating their employees on this platform. Exclusive to business owners, managers, and employees, EP Scores provides a unique membership platform. For employers, it offers a streamlined process for rating employees through a comprehensive review form consisting of 9 performance questions with multiple-choice answers. Once submitted, an automatic one-to-five-star EP Score is generated for the employee.

For employees, membership benefits include the opportunity to receive performance reviews from current or past employers, resulting in an EP Score. This score sets them apart when applying for jobs, highlighting their excellence. EP Scores serves as a platform where employers can hire pre-reviewed individuals, ensuring they only hire top performers and eliminating the risk of hiring underperformers.

One question: Do you approve of AI copy-paste entries? For example, entries 37, 16, 40, 39 are AI copies, no effort at all and that is what I call wasted money, because you can do it yourself in 2 minutes and save 60 dollars. This is mostly because the contest is not guaranteed and freelancers don't want to risk, be betrayed or waste time. Right? Instead of using AI as an inspiration, some freelancers just copy-paste and move on to another contests. Please don't blame me for being so direct, I'm just calling a spade a spade, that's all.

Hi Aleksandra, I read all your comments and I understand and I see your point of view. You are probably right that if I guaranteed the contest that I would get better entries. As you may see that just about all entries were rejected. One or two got somewhat got close to the idea I was looking for but not close enough. I ran another contest in the past and I believe it was guaranteed and I still got a lot of bad entries. The freelancer that I awarded it to had to make several changes per my request until I was happy and now his or her design is my business logo. I will consider guaranteeing this contest but I think I'm gonna get a lot more of what I'm getting now. I will let you know soon what I decide. I appreciate your input.

The Employee Performance Scores platform allows business owners and managers to rate their employees giving them a 1-star to 5-star rating. The employee review form shows employees areas where they are doing good and areas that needs improvement.

I see no need to Seal the contest. I recognize when a freelancer submits an original entry and when a freelancer copies another freelancer.

Oh, as for sealing the contest, it's a lot more complicated than that. It is about concept, key words, reasoning, variety, individual creativity, and much more . This is also a public contest so anyone can take your/our ideas etc. Sealed contest also attracts more professionals. Many don’t want to disclose their best ideas in not guaranteed and sealed contests, believe it or not, so it results in poorer quality of entries. Sealed contest protects the creator, the contest holder and provides fairness. We also finance various entrepreneurs, companies, individuals by paying sealed entries from our pockets and this is our daily bread. This is in short. I hope you really understand that those options (guaranteed, sealed) are very important both for you and us.

The only reason I do not "guarantee" the contest is because if there are no entries that I like then I have waisted $60 to post the contest. Freelancer.com does not give refunds on guaranteed contests. If someone creates me something that I like then I will definitely award them. I am not looking for ideas, I am looking for a final product.

Thanks for your reply. We understand that, but no one understands our free work, wasted time, efforts and resources. I'm talking about unreliable contest holders in general. We have been deceived so many times. The first sign of certainty for us is when the competition is guaranteed. It attracts serious namers and writers to join. You can always extend the contest for more solutions, but this is a much rarer case. Non-guaranteed contests are another motive for many contest holders to simply run away. From our point of view, it’s like going to a bakery, taste the pastry and if not satisfied you don’t pay for the product / service, right? And another thing, the more details you mention, the more you are active with comments, rating the entries, the better. It's our beacon, since the most difficult thing about this job is to guess someone's taste. Hope you understand. Not to mention that our creative services are so underestimated, but that’s another story and it is not your fault.

First of all, what does EP Scores do? The brief doesn't mention anything about what your business does or offers. What makes EP Scores unique compared to the other competitors? What idea/goal/objective does EP Scores champion?
