I want you to give me a mix formula along with construction procedure so that i am able to immediately patch repair the bituminous surface.. what i have is aggregates, emulsion. The process should be for cold patch repair.. i should be able to cold mix and then able to store the patches for 1 year suitably.. any extra chemical should be availble in india only..equipment availble is a 1 bag mixer and manpower.
