I am looking for a freelancer to help me with redesigning my office layout and interior. I have shared the tentative layout that i have designed but i am open to suggestions. Requirements within the office space are mentioned below.I need professional 2D layout with furniture placements, 3D rendered images for every office or complete walkthrough. After awarding contest i will also be needing lighting and electrical plans to release award money.
Requirements:
Director office:2
Director Common washroom:1
GM Office: 2
Accounts Room:1
Reception Area:1D
Waiting Area:1
Mini Pantry Cum Dining Area:1
Open Seating Workstations: for 12persons
Total Size: Width 57feet and depth 21 feet
Compulsory doors
Front door at 30 feet from right side and door width is 5feet
Backside door near mini pantry area is leading to staff washroom
On Site images attached are taken from extreme left side
Office Layout:
- I am open to suggestions for the office layout
- The purpose of the office space is for team workspace
- I do not have any specific preferences for interior design styles or themes
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in office layout design and interior design
- Creative and innovative mindset to suggest suitable office layouts
- Ability to create a functional and productive team workspace environment
- Knowledge of various interior design styles to provide suggestions

an architect only shows the placement of lights and lamps and electrical devices but not fully detailed electrical plans because that is the job of the electrical drafter or the studio or building company that you are doing your project with if that is your case

there is only entry point into office and that is from front of the building , besides the column in front office wall

No Sir, what I meant was how is the building oriented. Is the front of the building in the North, or East as per compass. This will be clearly shown in the survey/ topo plan. Indly clarify, thank you.
