I want to create a website whereby users log in, fill in a number of forms and get a report generated.
I have the whole thing in excel - however i now need to offer this as an online service.
So basically: Form to website to database to algorithms to report. Attached is an example of one of the databases and one of the reports.
I have had this up as a project but everyone comes back with different ways of doing it so i really want to focus on the architecture first .
Key is data security going forward and the ability for me and others to access what has been built and edit it.
Whoever comes up with the winning architecture will also get the project - and the fee for this needs to be negotiated.
