  Hello - just to clarify something for all contestants. I am awarding to Trung T for submission #22 which was provided in a link. They have uploaded a shorter version at #54 so I am able to award them (the system would not allow me to award #22 until it was uploaded). I wanted to clarify, as #54 is short and simple, but the work I am actually awarding is for the longer version. Freelancer is aware there has been a glitch in their system which caused many of you troubles. Wishing you all the best for your future.

     I would advise you, to demand all the original links to the footage clips used in this video to avoid the potential lawsuit , since I doubt all the clips are free to use. For the royalty free stock footage demand the license to use it in your video and the invoice, thou I think there are a lot of copyrighted material included.

  OK. So, the winning entry was a link rather than an uploaded video, because of the issues many of you had in uploading. I've been online with the Help Desk and they have extended the contest to give time for the entries to be uploaded, otherwise I cannot award the contest to the desired entry.

     Thanks for the feedback. Yes I had understood the concept, only that there are no rights-free videos that I can use to represent the problems of today. Is there a problem if I use videos even though they are not free of rights?

     Hi Hector - I suggest if you have an idea, use what you want to show me, but keep a track of what is not free of rights, and if we decide to go with them, we will have to apply for use of the footage.

     Hi Pols - thank you for your entry. I know some others have used the beach theme in places, as the images I have seen before, but beginning with a beach, and the constant use of that as the imagery doesn't match the song. Sorry. One star.

  It doesn't work if there is a visual story going on but you disconnect from the music to take in the visual. It also doesn't work if you are listening to the music and the words, and you have to disconnect from the visuals because they don't match. The perfect video is going to be able to bring those two together, so you take the viewer and listener on an emotional journey that makes them aware that there is a massive trust issue in our world, that they have been caught by it themselves, that we all have a role to play in both its breakdown, and a responsibility to be careful what we say, what we promise, and uphold the trust that is placed in us all.

  Hi - I'm getting through the videos. Thank you to all of you who have submitted. There is an interesting mix of video styles, and the ones that are coming out on top have a mix of both personal and corporate/political/societal trust issues, in imagery and use of footage, but also balance those with the tone and pace of the music, and match to the lyrics.
