Amazon Web Services Engineer Contractor

I'm looking for an AWS and DevOps expert help me with some specific tasks setting up fairly typical AWS implementation.
I have a basic working EC2/ S3 / RDS/ infrastructure setup already, but I'm looking for an AWS expert to provide advice and explanations on how to accomplish:
- Autoscaling EC2 instances based on demand
- Deploying code from a Git repository to multiple EC2 instances simultaneously
- MySQL (RDS) Database backup to S3 / Glacier (or some other solution)
- Identifying the most cost effective uptime monitoring
- Applying a SSL to an Elastic Load Balancer
Note this job is advising and explaining the details implementation, not actually implementing, therefore deliverables will be a set of recommendations and instructions for implementation, probably backed up with a Skype session for QA.
