Convert Android App from TabActivity with Intents to Action Bar Sherlock with tabs

I have an app consisting of a few classes (very few) that I would like to convert to have them use Action Bar Sherlock for better backwards compatibility. The main class which needs to be converted currently uses a TabActivity and a TrackedListActivity with Intents. I would like to convert the code to use Action Bar Sherlock and Tabs / Fragments. If you do not know what Action Bar Sherlock or Fragments are then please do not bid. This job can be done in a few hours because the code is not big.
