Convert Virtual Address to Physical Address

As project title says I need to convert a Virtual Address to its Physical Address using c/c++ in windows 10 64 bit. (not through windbg).

This will not be done on a live system. It will be done using memory located in a .raw file.

Example, in a .raw file I find address 0x62bf8d68. Using windbg !vtop 0 0x62bf8d68 I can see that it was mapped to ca664d68.

Virtual address 62bf8d68 translates to physical address ca664d68.

There is a lot of documentation on this subject online but I'm failing at converting and its for a project due this week.
