CAD & CFD Work - Small Box

Greetings:
Please see the attached photos for the project we're working on.
We will be building a 'box' around these vessels out of 304 stainless steel 22gauge. These tubes (also 304 stainless steel) in place now will get pretty hot during our internal process. We NEED to know how to flow the water around these 4" tubes to cool them to a maximum potential. We will have two barbs on top of the box and two barbs on the otherside of the box for potential in/out of water VIA our pump. We will be running water through radiator to cool, incase that may matter.
SO! We need a fluid dynamic model created so we can see how to install baffels / flow diversion to better understand how to direct water in appropriate places to keep the water cool.
I assume Solidworks would work best for this simulation model? You let me know what the best options for this as I'm more of a welder than a programmer. Attached are some pics + sketches.
