Post some Advertisements in Lithuania

PLEASE, READ PROJECT DETAILS BEFORE MAKING OFFERS.
I have a small project for someone who lives in Lithuania, and is fluent with Lithuanian Language. We are Recruiting Staff from Europe, to work in Cyprus. So we need to put as much as possible advertisements on the free or low cost classifieds in Lithuania (country wide). It is a job for few hours. I am considering to pay 20 EUR Max. So the main work is:
1) Make a list of 10 MOST POPULAR online classifieds in Lithuania, where we could advertise the job positions abroad. Classifieds means websites where people post vacancies or search for jobs (NOT recruitment companies).
List sample is attached here
2) Translate a small advertisement from English to Lithuanian (sample attached).
3) Place The Job Advertisement in all the websites from the List
4) Send me the page with all the details links where advert has been added (including login and pass if applied)
