Calling Business and Systems Analysts, BPO, Process Professionals (placeholder bid)

Hello Bidders,

This project is for experienced business process analysts, BPO professionals and operational process designers. For a client I have created process flows for various departments. I need someone to create the documentation and "the binders" for these processes as well as review the processes for gaps. Ideally, the client would like to go for ISO 9001 certification on the basis of these process binders.

The process flows are created in MS Visio 2007. The company is in the outdoor media industry, so experience in this industry would be a plus.

I am just creating a placeholder bid to shortlist the right service provider. The budget for this project will be decided mutually, based on the total scope of work.

Bids from BPO professionals in India would be welcome. Seniority is a plus.
