Debian Linux - Advise on install of grsecurity & OpenVPN

The winning bidder will provide one-time help to an IT person, with limited knowledge of linux, via online Google chat. Your role will consist of providing step by step guidance on how to "harden" a Debian server by installing grsecurity and then installing OpenVPN. The IT person has root-access to the server and will post the contents of linux window in your Google chat window and you will advise on the next step. Please state your experience with this technology, hourly rate and the estimated time to do this.
