Animate a logo by creating 27 png images.

We need to have an animated logo using 27 png images. This will be visible while a device is updating software, and it may go though one sequence or loop several times, depending on how long the software update takes. We have the logo design, but want a creative and engaging animation sequence. I am uploading a sample. We do NOT want it to look like this, but it demonstrates what we need.
Please DO NOT DIB if you do not understand the task! This is not a difficult task, as we are very familiar with animation. If you cannot do this quickly, again, please do NOT bid on this.
