We require an artists´ impression architectural masterplan to be produced for a 60,000m2 development site.
The masterplan drawing style should be similar to the samples attached, showing clearly the different types of building areas, leisure, planting, roads etc. The areas showing building lots should show roughly how the lots will be divided, with road access to all whilst using minimum road construction. The position of the lakes and river is fixed.
This is not a definitive masterplan – that will come later. This is essentially a “pretty picture”, however it should be one that clearly defines the different areas of the development, water areas, green areas and the necessary road network to feed the different areas. The level of detail should be more or less equal to the level on the attached sample.
Our requirement is basically for a 2D image from above, not a 3D rendering.

We can do the same job with different options. Have done these kind of projects on 12-15 occasion using Photoshop, Photoshop, Revit, 3Ds Max. But my best bet would on 'Autodesk Impression'. This software is specific 更多
