Design and build an email template

We have recently started using a hosted CMS for a Not-for-profit organisation. The CMS is called Wild Apricot ([url removed, login to view]). The system has the ability to send out automated event emails, however they are plain text by default.

I'm looking for someone to design and build an HTML Email template that we will be able to use in our system.

No knowledge of Wild Apricot is required - only knowledge of html emails and the tricks associated with making them appear correctly in all places that emails are read (i.e. outlook, browser, mobile etc...).

Our website is www.bdps.com.au. The emails should make use of the logo on that website, and the design should be consistent with the colors and theme of the site, and contain a photograph of the event speaker. The email template will be used to automatically generate emails out of our CMS for multiple events each year. We will provide the CMS with a photograph of the speaker at the event and all the event details, and the CMS will populate the email template to send to all our members.

Attached is a scan of the email that is going out in it's current form - plain text. Whilst it doesnt need to be over-the-top, it needs to look nicer than plain text.

Note - the successful bidder will also be engaged to produce other email templates for us to be used in the same system.
