Project Subject: Android Live picture filter & broad cast

Overview : Application need to capture stream video , then grab each frame of video stream , apply the filter / panoramic correction / banana codec on each frame , finally broadcast the stream video on TCP/IP URL or save it in local storage ( internal memory / SD card ) .

Description:

There are three step in this project according to the diagram . below we explain & show sample project as example to understand it better .

STEP1:

Using smart device camera to Live Camera preview or surfaceview

SurfaceView Android Class could be used for this purpose or Intent can also be used for the same

STEP2:

Adding Filters to the live SurfaceView pixel format from Step1

Either Pixelformat can be used or it can be passed as a parameter also ([url removed, login to view](Camera.Parameters.EFFECT_NEGATIVE);)

Effects such as sketch,black& white , Sephia, Negative, vintage,retro,cartoonised,RGB,YUV formats.

Step3 :

After performing step2 , the live camera preview should be transfered into desktop PC or anyother device which is connected to internet or Android Hotspot to live preview from camera to device

For live preview from smart device to any other device http broadcast receiver or broadcast intents could be used but the only limitation is - It should not be saved on any buffer before transmitting from smartdevice to other device .
