Chrome Extension - Torrent Magnet Video Player

I need a Google Chrome Extension that:
- detects VIDEO magnet links on any site.
- adds a "play" button next the magnet button link
- If user clicks on "play", it will open a new tab and starts playing the video torrent streaming.
- Show number of magnet links detected on Extension Icon.
