Android Ready Chat App with Emoticons and stickers

Greetings Freelancer,

I am looking for a ready made Android chat app like whatsapp, viber.

Features-

- IM, with presence

- group chats, broadcasting

- emoticons and STICKERS

- Share photos, videos, files, locations. contacts, etc.

- Set status, profile picture

- Activate / Deactivate account

- VOIP ( voice / video calling is optional)

The user registration should be done based on mobile number (like whatsapp).

The app should work with personal XMPP server. So I will need guide to configure and migrate data as well.

I am open to SIMPLE as an alternative to XMPP.

I will need the entire source code of app as well as server and DB with well commented code.

I NEED IT URGENTLY, SO BID ONLY IF YOU HAVE THE APP READY WITH ALL SOURCE CODE, I DON'T WANT TO GET IT DEVELOPED JUST WANT TO BUY EXISTING APP.
