Create a super simple android app

Hello,
We are looking to create a very simple app for android - it's an app which once installed and enabled by a big large button will start recording the sound of the phone - at all time, it will retain ceratin amount of time (for example 30min) which will be overwritten always.
The app has to run on the background at all time, even when the screen is closed and have some options in it.
On first stage - just as a proof of concept we want it to be able to record all sounds of the phone - including the other side of the phone if at that moment the user is on the phone.
If this is sucessful we will build this app with much more options.
