Develop a Smart Phone game based on my idea

I have an idea for an iphone and/or smartphone game that I would like to make however I do not possess the skills to do so.
Without giving away too much on here for fear of having my idea used (I believe it is a very good one, with a lot of potential for marketing etc) I would like to go into discussion with someone about it's development and get a general idea of how much I would be looking at to have it developed.
In the simplest way I can describe(I will use examples from games that are currently available) the game will feature movement similar to Temple Run, a behind view of a character moving forward, but from a lower camera angle, a tapping and holding action and a scoring system similar to FruitNinja with eye candy graphics and sounds relating to the action.
I have access to a recording studio where all the sounds etc. could be recorded
So basically I would like to get an idea of how much it would cost to develop something along the line of this description, and pick someone to ahead through the development with. Or multiple people if an illustrator and programmer etc. were needed separately.
