I need an APP for my vBulletin forum that transfer contents from my forum on my app. This is an APP similar on vBulletin APP standard, but the standard app has some limits.
The APP must have these requirements.
An icon to be created that will move to the home devices.
Clicking there must be a layout where there are a series of icons relating to various aspects of the forum.
Icons must be dragged, if I want, even in the home.
The app will be manageable admin side for some functions (for example, the choice of the jingle to display notifications, what kind of notifications insert).
You must have a panel where, also from web, decide which receive notifications in private.
It must be able to customize the jingle both outgoing and incoming. In that it can decide which jingle must bind to each contact.
It can have a custom jingle with which arise when writes something, it is a message of the forum or message profile.
