Bug Fixing of existing Android App, Dedicated Developer on Monthly Payment

We already have Native Android App which stores data in local server using Sqlite and when it gets internet, it will synchronize with cloud via web services.

We have all web services ready and a web & android team is already working. We want to add another Experienced Android Developer in our team who has worked on similar functionality.
