I need a App that is connected to a WebHosting that can ONLY be accessed with this (my) App. No other app, browser or anything else can access this WebHosting except my App.

I think i didn't describe it to good.
I want to create a website in PHP or HTML. I will use a Webhosting or Root Server (don't know what option is better).
The closest thing that could describe this app is a "WebBrowser", this app should open my Website with a secure connection. The connection between my website and my app should be secured with a key/password, preventing others from accessing the website from a WebBrowser like Opera, Chrome and others.
