ASP to PHP Conversion

This is the first phase of a project that consists of converting 20 ASP (active server page) files used on our internet site to PHP. Currently, these 20 files communicate with an MS Access database. This database has been successfully converted to mySQL already, but we do not have the time to convert the 20 ASP files to PHP.
This is a very straight forward conversion using basic PHP and database interaction. In fact, if you understand adoConnection and adoRecordSet in ASP, and also understand how PHP works with mySQL, you could simply plow through the files removing the lines of ASP and replacing them with similar code in PHP.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) Deliverables will be converted by the Seller, emailed to the Buyer. Buyer will install and test. Return to Seller if they are not functional.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. ).
## Platform
PHP should run on Linux, UNIX or Windows web server.
