need to produce a dynamic website that generates health information for a user. a user replies through the aid of an multiplechoice questionaire the system will generate how much the user should eat and train. All the calculations (mapping) is provided along with the exercise and diet information. The system will need two access points User and Adiministrator. The system will need to be implemented using ASP VBSCRIPT and MICROSOFT ACCESS. Additional information has been provided for below Various images and placement of these images will be provided including layout of document. complete set of script files which interact with stored data in a database should be included which allow the following functionality. Throughout the document a option of enlarging the text should be available throughout the interface for users with disability. The user should be able to do below including system checks. “register?? Enter user details and password, check user validity through email domain, record details. “login?? Enter user name and password, check user validity “change password?? Submit password, Enter new Password, Confirm New Password, Update Record Store. “select Sport?? View list of available sports, select sport to answer, User must select at least one option from each question or “void??, mark questionnaire and display results when completed. “view result?? See previous result of either cycling or running if already a user. Each time a user submit the questionnaire if they have an old result it is deleted leaving only 1 result in each sport. “Change text size?? Have whole document in normal or large font. The Administrator should be able to and system checks “Login?? Enter username & password, check user validity through the unique password for administrator (only 1 admin). “Change administrator password?? confirm old password, enter new password, store password. “add user?? input new details, submit details, store new record. “edit user?? select user from list, choose whether to delete/modify user, modify details, amend database. “edit test?? select test, edit questions, submit request, store changes. “user info?? view how many users are stored in the database, view each users results.
