Application frontend in MFC

I need an MFC expert who can simply replicate the front end for this application - no backend functionality is required -- we will add the handlers ourselves --- the specifications are very clear --- it doesnt matter whether MFC application wizard is used or anyother way -- preference will be given to those who implement part of the program and send it as demo application
