Custom Installer

I need a custom installer built for my software. The reason I need a custom installer is because my users are visually impaired and they can only see the screen when the font is large. I also want the ability to play wav files during each aspect of the installation so the user can hear what is on the screen as well. The requirements for the installer are as follows:

1) When started, show user welcome screen with message that installation beginning in big font. Ideally take up the whole screen.

2) Show license agreement

3) Ask for installation folder. Default installation folder will be in Program files\... (it should be a string in the source code which I can change)

4) Copy files/directories in current folder to installation folder

5) Add the application to the list of Programs in start Menu

6) Create shortcut on desktop

7) Have ability to uninstall which will delete shortcut on desktop, files/folders in installation folder and remove from Start Menu.

8) Start program after installation

Every screen that the user sees should have the ability to play a wave file and the size of the text should be customizable. There are no updates required to the registry.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Windows 2K/XP/Vista

C++,Delphi or any language that does not require runtime files to be installed (i.e no Visual Basic)
