activex control in vc++, for asynchronous download

We want to get bid for development of activex control in vc++, for asynchronous download of web pages using AsyncRead Following should be the structure of activex control Input parameters: ? URL (to download) ? Time out interval Output parameters ? Success event (which should return html source code of specified url) ? Error event (should return error description) ? Timeout event (should trigger when specified time interval is over) Performance criteria .The activex control should not have any kind of memory leakages.
