Hi,
We are looking for a Classified and Directory Listing Portal. We are looking for very professionally designed commercial website. So this bidding is NOT for the newbie. We want proposals from person/company with experience in building at least 2-3 commercial classified sites.
Technology:
Please suggest, we are open for technologies, only constraint would be to scalability.
Development Mode
We are open to suggestions. If you already own a script with features required, we will be glad to buy it, provided you customize it for us per our requirement and support for 6 months.
If you want to do a customization of any Open Source Script, that is acceptable but please specify the script name and development time.
If you want to build it from scratch, please send a detailed proposal.
Scope of Features:
Standard Classified Portal Features
Standard Directory Listing Features
Integration of above two in logical manner (Refer [url removed, login to view])
Advertise Banner ( [[url removed, login to view]][1], <[url removed, login to view]>)
Other System features as any standard portal.
Please send you Bid in following format
1) How would you like to execute the project.
2) Tell the Open Source Script, If you are customizing any?3) Please send your portfolio for our reference
4) Send the list of features of your script ( if you own it)
5) Pricing for making it live and support for 3 months (Only for errors, Enhancement will be extra)
6) If you can send us the mockup (proposed home page design), It will increase your chances.
Please do not send standard response As we will be simply deleting them.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
