PHP email filter autorespnder(repost)

I need a PHP script that will filter and process email messages. The php script will run as a shell script when called to filter email messages. My environment is apache/linux/php5 and mysql.

The script needed will process/parse email messages sent to it. The goal is to receive email at a particular email address then determine if the "from:" email address is found in a table of "users" within a mysql database. If the "from:" email address is not found in the mysql database then an autorespond message is sent back to the "from:" email address notifying the sender to first register their email address in our database.

If the "from:" email address is found in the mysql database then the email message will be processed by the PHP Script. Next the shell script will parse the message and check determine if a jpg image file is ATTACHED to the email message. If a jpg image is attached then the file will be analyzed to see if it is larger then 2MB. IF jpg is larger then 2MB a message will be sent to the "from:" email address notifying the user that the file is too big. If the jpg image is less than or equal to 2MB then the image file will be uploaded and stored on the server in its original size AND as a thumbnail and a message will be sent to the "from:" email address. If no jpg image is attached to the email message then a message will be sent to the "from:" email address notifying the sender that jpg image was not found.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables will be installed by the Buyer in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
