I need a php calendar system writing with the following bits and bobs

Admin area

create new user,(username, password)

new user

property name, town

how many rooms

web site URL

User area

update calendars Booked or Available (depends on how many rooms they have) could be

room 1

room 2

room 3

etc

Search facility to find available rooms, results must be printed like below

<a href="$URL">Sues bed & breakfast has 1 room available {image}</a>

Search choices

from date

to date

town

Lastly the calendars must also be allowed to be shown from the properties web site so surfers can check which rooms are available in a pop up window.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete UN ENCODED source code of all work done.

2) MySql installation file (to create database tables) an empty config file ([login to view URL]) I will add the account details to it

3) I will have full rights to the scripts for future updates so no date expirations etc, as its a calendar I have already been stung with expirey in 5 years and so on
