Decompile A Flash... 2nd try

This project was previously awarded and the bidder failed, so please request the target swf and have a reasonable idea that you can complete the work prior to bidding.

This project is simply to decompile a Flash that I will direct you to and then to demonstrate that you can recompile it successfully. Decompile means to take a swf to fla plus all other components necessary to successfully recompile and duplicate the original.

There are many decompile tools that are freely available, just do an internet search. I have also been informed that Macromedia has a decompile tool that is in testing (beta?). The method that you use to decompile is your choice.

To view the Flash that you are to decompile, please request the link via a RAC message.

## Deliverables

Primary deliverables:

1) The decompiled swf target Flash to fla, including any external xml, componet swf or other files that are neccessary to re-compile the program.

2) Demonstrate that the decompiled program can be recompiled by placing your successfully recompiled program on the internet.

Additonal RAC verbiage:

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
