Create a Wordpress Template for Travel website

We are looking for a website with similar functionality to www.ferietipset.no. The content would be fairly similar but there should be more room for banners as well as integrated hotel search, flight search and more.
This is a website where users add their own tips from their vacations, restaurants and more. In some ways, this is sort of similar to for example Tripadvisor, but we would want to focus on making the Wordpress template easy to update and maintain.
FUNCTIONALITY is key here. Graphic design is also important of course but the main thing is that the FUNCTIONALITY is outstanding.
SEO Optimized in terms of loading time and overall SEO performance is a MUST!
1: It must be very simple for anyone to register to add their own tips (log in via Facebook, Google or similar as well as creating a new user) Shareability and social/viral opportunities is crucial for such a site
2: All tips must be visible on a map as well, like they are on the [login to view URL] website. It does not have to look/work identically as here but should be very easy for users to switch between map view or list view.
3: Admin of comments, tips, countries, destinations and so on must be very easy to maintain. Everything must be within Wordpress, so not any other services or solutions.
4: The Wordpress Template should have an abundance of postitions available for banners, so we can add all different kind of size and shapes of banners, following the Norwegian standard of banners ([login to view URL]) as well as google formats. Ideally, these would all be responsive, so they would adjust/adapt to user screen size
5: Template must be responsive
6: Language would be Norwegian, so it should be easy to update/change the wording on widgets and so on (no need for multi language functionality as the site will be only in Norwegian)
7: For each tip, there should also be a "report error" to the admins, so it is easy for anyone to click and report on errors. Must include a comment field for users to add their comment on what is wrong (mandatory to add someting in the comment field)
I am not going too much into detail in regards to how it should all work, as tripadvisor and ferietipset together should give you a perfect overview of what we are looking for.
If you need more information or anything, please do not hesitate to contact me. Final wordpress template should work flawlessy in our own server environment, so if you want to make sure it works all the way, we can easily setup a test environment on our server for you to work on.
