Development Project With Simple Design

Hi

This is a 2-3 page website that will generate a unique shareable URL for an inputted-link. This inputted-link will be processed using the scripts like this ( <[url removed, login to view]> ) and a shareable URL will be generated. The website will also make use of script as this ( <[url removed, login to view]:Mouse_Position> ) to store clicks on a page.

These are the main functions on the site. I will provide the detailed requirements once the bid is selected.

This is a design and development project although I only require a simple design. Also, please note that this is NOT a high budget project and so bid around $100 or so.
