copy simple website with a little flash and css

i need help developing a site for an app that will vectorize bitmap images into vector images. i want to copy this design <[url removed, login to view]> the layout is through css and the flash involved is with the transition of the header images.

i will also need help including google ads and designing a cool link to a facebook page that will be developed for the app. it's a very simple design, i mostly need your help getting all the things where i want them.
