Customized Shopping Cart System

Hello,

I am soon to be starting a site for my small business venture, and need some form of shopping cart coded, I would like the shopping cart to be very similar to the one located here,

of course differences in design and information would be needed, I would like most of same thing this site has including the current cart at side of screen and most of the information it requires on delivery information area,

I also would like the ability to change available dates/times the user can choose for the delivery ( as this changes when things come up day to day), and to be able to change prices and stock available when needed.

I want to be able to accept Paypal payments with this shopping cart. and maybe get notification of any purchases I recieve via email and/or an admin panel.

Also i would like the graphics (buttons e.t.c) designed so they will fit in with the web design i am attaching below.

I am willing to offer up to $80 for this job, and may be persuaded to increase ever so slightley if you feel it is needed.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

I need someone who feels they can make the shopping cart to be pretty much identicle in every way to the one I have linked to, with very slight changes so it does not look obvious that i have decided to copy it from their site inperticuler.

I also need this to be withen a price of $100, i would prefer to pay $80 but $100 is deffinatley the highest I will go.

Please if you feel you can not do this withdrawer your request so I can see the ones who can.

## Platform

I wish this to run on either ASP or PHP with Mysql database support if needed. CGI I am not too keen on , but if you can make it run the same with I am open to suggestions.
