We are looking to have a database web site built that would be capable of the following tasks;
1) Allow visitors the option of purchasing the privilege of submitting information to the web site that would be featured on their own personal space. (Various Categories, Short Essay, etc)VIA an ip address given to them to distribute. This space must be nice looking and searchable by all visitors. Multiple Categories for Users and access will expire after three days. Would have to purchase again to edit or create new profile.
2) Visitors will also have the option of purchasing this privilege as well as an additional item that we would mail to them, for a slightly higher price.
3) E-Commerce Module to handle transaction via merchant or paypal option.
4) Main page to look nice and have user categories listed.
5) Support to iron out bugs as needed.
I have some coding experience but not enough to build this, not to mention a lack of time to learn.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
Not posive but was thinking Apache Web Server with Mysql Database.
Maybe php, or php nuke.
I'm willing to listen to any suggestions.
