Adult Dating Site Up Keep and Promotion

I am looking for a web designer/programmer who can do up keep on my existing web site. I had a partner who was the web programmer for the site but his full time job does not allow him to work any longer on this site as he is too busy. The site has not been worked on in months and I need someone who can be active in keeping the site updated and keep up with new ideas. I would consider a partnership where we would have a split on any revenue's if you are able to market the site and help build the business. The site is fully working and has about 2600 members now but needs someone to stay up to date with it. I would also consider selling the site if the right opportunity was presented.
