I have a small app that runs locally. It makes some API calls to a web server.

I would like one of the API calls to be intercepted and modified based on local

computer variables.

The app I believe is a .NET app. But anything that would act as a proxy to the

API calls would be fine. I can run Python locally even though I'm Windows.

Maybe even a chrome extension?
