Citrix Xen Server Control Panel

Looking for an experienced person/team to create a system/control panel for Citrix Xen Server.

This would need to include start/stop and reboot options. Along with Console access via VNC also the option to upgrade Ram/CPU etc.

Should also include an admin section where we can add nodes, suspend VPS servers add/remove clients and resellers.

If you are able of performing this project, please let me know.
