I need a program that can do the following:

Visit classified websites and choose ads in sections and with descriptions I'm interested in and then automatically email them (a custome email I have prepared).

It needs to pull all the ads and email everybody the same message. I also need the program to extract phone #s from these ads and images (if available) and Export all these details (including the email address) to an excel file.
