biometrics enrollement & management system

My project is a biometric data capture system with and AFIS server For management. It should be able to work with var ions open standard hardware and also integrate with other hr or erp solution .pls look at the attached sample file for further clarification. Pls only those with similar available solution need apply or experience. Would need to test ready made software. And also if it can inter rate with erp especially OpenErp (Odoo) will be added advantage thank you.

Pls note although working on a tight budget, the price is not fix it can be reduce or increased based on stated functions.

Project Description:

Data Capture and Management System is specifically, to be used for the capturing of personal and biometric information (Finger Print or facial only). Access to the form and its data is restricted to only three groups of persons (1) Office Administrator - Super Admin (2) technical Units (3) Main Administrator - who is the pimary user.

The data capture form must be able to store the data to a database, a accept only a very good finger print template. Also, tools for the management (edit, print, view, generate pdf) must also be developed..

Furthermore, on its features, a administrator can only register for a particular number of students he is allowed to; and a voucher system should be put in place to make payments for additional slots. Secondly, unique identification and registration numbers should be generated also tied to the enrolled person star I'd if possible

As many model of fingerprint capture machines can be integrated. However, DigitalPersona U.Are.U is of necessity.

It will be better in asp.net. However, any framework will be appreciated. An embedded desktop application will also be needed.
