Require an OCX or DLL that will work with Visual Basic to capture a frame from an AVI file and save it to disk as a bitmap. This must work with Type 1 and Type 2 video files (i.e. VFW and DirectDraw formats). Frame captured must be a full original resolution (i.e. type 1 formats, like those encoded by the DVSoft codec) are 720 x 576 or 720 x 480 pixels, not 320 x 288 or 320 x 240 as most players convert and play them.
