Customize Existing Magento Template

We are doing a project for a client, which is basically a customisation of an existing store-bought magento template. There are very few structural modifications, and even in design, most pages are pretty close to the original. So it's considerably simpler than coding from scratch. I believe this can comfortably done in one week. We are on a tight schedule, so we'd need this done in no later than 10 days.
We are still working on the design of the last pages - search results and a product configurator (which will be also available as a separate project on freelancer.com as soon as we finish the design, probably in 3-4 days) but everything else is ready. so you can start working on it while we finish the remaining pages.
We'd like to focus all our resources on finishing the layouts, so I'd like the bidder to install magento, install the theme and customize it according to our PSDs. There will be 4 product categories which will each have their own (static) page, everything very straightforward html. Everything else are standard magento pages.
