Main part:
I need to build a mobile recharge website similar to [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] and www.gorecharge.com. I am looking for a mobile, Dth and data card recharge portal with a mobile app. Apart from the usual recharge I ALSO NEED to build in some more logic. I am considering payment gateway as PAYU. I am still open to suggestions for this as well as the mobile recharge API. I would like to include the functionality of sending SMS details also on confirmation etc. to the user.
I would take and own the entire source code. To convey all that I need I have drafted my basic requirements in MUCH MORE detail and will share them with those whom I like. Thanks, Happy bidding. (Budget Indicative, looking at the current scenario, please quote in rupees !!! )
Also please bear in mind that I would like to get into a contract mode for site maintenance. Payments would be in terms of milestones and 100% on time.
